Human Touch Technology starts with a multi-patent pending mechanism that works like "wrists and arms." Then we added "the hands" -- massage discs that move three-dimensionally to approximate the human touch. Available in Black and Bone leather like material.

About Interactive Health Factory-Reconditioned Products: Our chairs are reconditioned by FACTORY TECHNICIANS ONLY. These are the people who know the chairs the best! We do not use a secondary company to test/box our chairs. Chairs can be classified as refurbished for many reasons and we do not know specifically why each one has been classified as such. You can be rest assured that these ARE NOT worn out, tired, abused or destroyed chairs. We take great pride in offering factory-reconditioned products that are as close to "new" as the factory can make them. Our factory-reconditioned products have undergone an extensive testing and evaluation process by the factory technicians (not a reseller). All massage mechanism components have been replaced with factory-fresh parts. Upholstery is factory-fresh. Where necessary, scratched parts have been replaced with factory-fresh parts, but some minor blemishes are unavoidable.

Heavy-duty welded steel frame construction. Provides a longer useful life for the chair and creates a more stable platform for the dynamic massage functions.
Rigid safety chair backing. Protects the massage mechanism from contact with a wall or other obstruction AND keeps the mechanism safely out of reach.
"Dymatrol" seat suspension system. The type of seat suspension offered in luxury automobiles. Provides greater comfort and support combined with superior longevity.
Rolling combined with kneading massage. Combines the calming benefits of rolling massage with the circulation and metabolism-boosting of kneading massage.
Simple, easy to operate touch-sensitive control pad. Takes the guesswork out of getting the perfect massage by logically grouping massage function controls for quick, intuitive use.
Retracting massage rollers. When not in use, the rollers store themselves at the top of the chair back so that the chair can be used for non-massage reclining.

*WARRANTY INFORMATION: Factory Refurbished Massage Chairs have a six month limited warranty for parts and a manufacturer's 60 day parts and labor coverage. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and may require minor assembly.
