iJOY Massage chairs include Basic FedEx Ground shipping in the continental US and No Sales Tax (Except California orders which will have to add 8.75% sales tax. All Orders outside of California are not charged sales tax.)

For International orders: Any import duty, taxes and/or fees for the import of the product into your country are not included and will be collected on delivery.

White Glove In Home Delivery Service to these areas outside of our local Southern California delivery area is $195 for Select NEW chairs (excluding iJoys) that include free basic ground shipping and $345 for New chairs and Refurbished Chairs that do not include basic Ground Shipping..

Curbside Freight Ground shipping (Basic Service Only - They will not bring in the home, upstairs or setup the chair) on Select NEW Chairs is INCLUDED to all other areas outside of our Southern California Delivery area within the continental US.

CANADA CUSTOMERS: Refurbished chairs are shipped under the following code: "CODE SH: 9401.61.90.00 Chair, leather covering, completely refurbished in the United States". Since the chairs are completely Refurbished in the US, this MAY help to decrease or eliminate import tax to Canada. We do not cover import duty, brokerage fees and/or taxes, nor do we know what these fees will be for your order. You will be responsible for any and all of these fees charged by your country on import of your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Money Orders and Money Wires for Canada Orders (No Paypal). We have to ship to the cardholder at the billing address if using a creidt card for your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We ship UPS Frieght Ground to CANADA. The import duty / taxes are not included in the prices.

Curbside Freight Ground shipping (Basic Service Only - They will not bring in the home, upstairs or setup the chair) on Factory Refurbished Chairs is $185 outside of our local S. California delivery area.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Most Massage Chairs are VERY HEAVY (~140 to 250 lbs). If you can not lift the chair, bring the chair upstairs or move the chair into your home carefully, then we recommend you upgrade your shipping to the WHITE GLOVE IN HOME SERVICE. It will be worth the extra money! Once your order is sent, we can not simply upgrade your shipping. You have to choose this service by typing "WHITE GLOVE IN HOME SHIPPING" in the special instructions during check-out. Do not expect the delivery person to help you bring the chair inside the home or up stairs if you did not order the White Glove In Home Service.
