PLEASE NOTE: Most Massage Chairs are VERY HEAVY (~140 to 250 lbs). If you can not lift the chair, bring the chair upstairs or move the chair into your home carefully, then we recommend you upgrade your shipping to the WHITE GLOVE IN HOME SERVICE. It will be worth the extra money! Once your order is sent, we can not simply upgrade your shipping.
