GREAT NUTRITION and INCREASE
ENERGY - For the first week, mix ½
scoop of NOW or CLASSIC and ½ scoop of INNERGIZE with 8 oz of
your favorite drink or water twice a day (Once in the morning and
once 6-8 hours later.) After the first week, take a full scoop of
each twice a day.
WEIGHT LOSS - Follow
the Basic Nutrition recommendations (above) for the first 2-3 weeks.
Then simply replace two meals a day with one scoop of ULTRIM-PLUS and
one scoop of CELLEBRATE. You must be consistent!! You can also eat
some of the great tasting nutrient packed ULTRABARs during the
for Arthritis, Joint Pain, Muscle aches, etc.. Follow the Basic
Nutrition recommendations(above) with the addition of one scoop of
ARTHAFFECT once a day in the morning.
HIGH FIBER ANTIOXIDANT FORMULA - Protect yourself from damaging free radicals. Follow the
Basic Nutrition recommendations (above) with the addition of one
scoop of FIBRESTORE twice a day.
SPORTS NUTRITION -
Follow the Basic Nutrition recommendations (above) with the addition
of one to three scoop(s) of PROVANTAGE depending on the intensity of
training. For intensive training, also add one scoop of ARTHAFFECT
once a day in the morning.
INCREASED MUSCLE MASS - Creatine Monohydrate or Creatine+ Pyruvate. As a
nutritional supplement, in addition to a healthy well-balanced diet,
5-20 grams per day in divided servings of 5 grams each.
